New Housing Lottery Open for 21 Units at 21-07 Astoria Boulevard
OANA Admin A new housing lottery recently launched for 21 affordable units at 21-07 Astoria Blvd. where rents start at $2,900 for studios, $3,200 for one-bedrooms, and $3,500 for two-bedrooms.
