New Housing Lottery in Astoria!

The affordable housing lottery for 26-36 4th Street in Astoria, Queens, designed by Gerald Caliendo and developed by Dr. Baldhevai Patel, has begun. The six-story mixed-use building offers 10 residences, with three units available through NYC Housing Connect for those earning 130% of the area median income (AMI), with income eligibility between $87,429 and $165,230. Features include modern appliances, patios or balconies, and building amenities such as an elevator and gated access. Monthly rent for one-bedroom units is set at $2,550. Applicants must meet specific income and household size criteria by March 14, 2024.
