New Housing Lottery at 20 and 30 Halletts Point

Astoria Neighbors—a housing lottery is now open for at 20 and 30 Halletts Point for 31 affordable units. As you might know, the site was developed by the Durst Organization and designed by Handel Architects. These units are for households earning between $72,000 and $201,240.

Rents range from $3,261 for studios to $4,194 for two-bedrooms. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, coworking space, game and screening rooms, and lots more. Utilities included!
