Designed by Barry J. Bank Consulting Engineering, the building comprises 16 residences, out of which five are available through the NYC Housing Connect lottery. These units cater to a range of income levels, spanning from $83,349 to $198,250, thus providing options for various income groups.

The available units include one studio apartment, three one-bedroom apartments, and one two-bedroom apartment. The rent for these units is priced at $2,431 for the studio, $2,592 for the one-bedrooms, and $3,090 for the two-bedroom, offering a viable option for those meeting the income criteria.

26-31 3rd Street also boasts a host of modern amenities. These include pet-friendly policies, an equipped garage with assigned parking spaces, a shared laundry room, virtual doorman services, and an inviting outdoor terrace. The apartments themselves are fitted with dishwashers, name-brand countertops and finishes, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and hardwood floors—some even come with patios or balconies!
