Eight-Story Mixed-Use Building Issued Permits for 14-27 Broadway
An eight-story mixed-use building has been issued permits for 14-27 Broadway in Astoria, Queens. Located between 14th Street and 21st Street, the lot is near the Broadway subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. It also is near the new Dedicated bus Lane on 21st street. Igor Lisovenko of Arc-hi-tect Associate Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects is the architect of record. Igor Lisovenko of Arc-hi-tect Associate Inc. is the owner.
Demolition permits were recently filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
The proposed 85-foot-tall development consists of 22,041 square feet, with 20,821 square feet designated for residential space and 1,220 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 23 rental residences, rentals with an average of 905 square feet. There will also be 12 parking spaces.
