Amended Plans Filed for 25-02 9th Street

After many years, the Astoria Cove development is progressing. The original coming approval was in 2014. One building has recently been started, and now we have amended plans for a building at 9th street by the East River at 25-02 9th Street in Hallets Point. These new plans decrease the amount of commercial and residential space, while increasing the number of units and parking spaces. No completion date was listed in the filing.
