Affordable Housing Lottery Launches for The Vordonia Towers in Astoria

We are pleased to announce that a new affordable housing lottery is open for The Vordonia Towers at 34-46 Vernon Boulevard.

This is a 17-story building that has 404 residences with very beaufitul amenities such as hardwood floors, high ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, and more. The building also offers a 24-hour lobby, fitness center, on-site parking, and an outdoor pool.

A total of 112 affordable units are available for individuals and families earning between 60% and 130% of the area median income (AMI), ranging from $40,800 to $218,010 annually. Available units include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with monthly rents starting from $1,190.
