Construction is ongoing at the main VBGCQ clubhouse as programming and community events continue to grow stronger each season!

OANA received the latest VBGCQ newsletter highlighting updates from the expansion at Sky Farm LIC to vibrant QCAN community celebrations.

Newsletter Highlights

Sky Farm LIC is adding a new first-floor classroom to support year-round programs like cooking and candle making, along with a newly completed greenhouse and high tunnel built through a revitalization partnership with the New York Power Authority.

Through QCAN, 300 older adults gathered at Self-Help Clearview Senior Center for a Valentine’s Day celebration featuring entertainer Bobby Harden.

And on April 26, HITCity: 60 Years of Motown will honor The Temptations and The Supremes with a tribute performance.
