Upcoming Family Events at The Noguchi Museum for May 2025
OANA is always happy to share upcoming events at the Noguchi. We recently received a schedule of their family-friendly events happening this month, all designed to connect young minds with the artwork of Isamu Noguchi.
Art for Tots (Ages 3–4): Movement
Sunday, May 4 · 10:30–11:30 am
Toddlers and caregivers will explore Noguchi’s stage designs for Martha Graham through movement and play.
Art for Tots (Ages 1–2): Movement
Wednesday, May 7 · 10:30–11:30 am
Designed for the youngest learners, this session encourages sensory exploration inspired by Noguchi’s dance set designs.
40th Anniversary Celebration
Sunday, May 11 · 11 am–6 pm
Celebrate Mother’s Day and four decades of the Museum with hands-on art, tours in multiple languages, and a taiko drumming performance. All ages welcome.
Open Studio: Shapes
Saturday, May 17 · 11 am–1 pm
Families can drop in to explore shapes in Noguchi’s work and create layered prints in the studio.
