Progress on New Astoria Blvd Building

Construction is nearing completion on 8-29 Astoria Boulevard, a six-story, 58-foot-tall mixed-use building designed by Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects Studio and developed by Astoria Boulevard Construction. The structure is set to offer 47 rental units, 5,527 square feet of community facility space, and 32 enclosed parking spaces. While we can see significant progress with the building’s frame past the halfway mark, no finalized rendering has been released (but we do know there will be features like balconies and a potential mix of brick or metal paneling on the façade).
