NYC Ferry Summer Updates

As of June 30, 2025, NYC Ferry has updated its summer. Check out the latest changes below:

More Rockaway Trips: Starting July 4th, the Rockaway route now runs more frequently on weekends and holidays.

Rockaway Rocket Returns: The express ferry from LIC and Greenpoint to Rockaway Beach is back weekends starting July 4th. Buy tickets in the NYC Ferry app.

Cruise Day Shuttle: On select weekends, a shuttle will run between Red Hook/Atlantic Basin and Wall St./Pier 11 to support cruise traffic.

Modified Weekend Service Dates: The shuttle will run on:
7/4, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/23, 8/24, 8/30, 8/31, 9/6, 9/7

Labor Day (9/1) will follow the weekend schedule.
