OANA HONORS CREATOR OF BUGSY’S DOG RUN

During its October meeting, the Old Astoria Neighborhood Association had the pleasure of honoring George “Tex” Cruikshank. In 1994 he created “Bugsy’s” dog run next to Astoria Park, and has maintained it since. Over the years, no one has been a more devoted advocate for the Dogs in our area, and it has been a pleasure to recognize Tex for his service to our community.
