New Renderings for Buildings 20 and 30 Halletts Point

OANA is pleased to announce that we have received new renderings and a press release for the next phase of The Durst Organization’s Halletts Point Development. The plans include 647 residential rental units, retail space, and the first section of a public waterfront promenade, with leasing set to launch in early 2025 and move-ins slated for spring.

“The comfortable, light-filled homes at 20 and 30 Halletts Point provide a respite within the city. With a new park and expansive waterfront views, there’s a direct connection to nature fostering tranquility and embracing personal wellbeing,” the press release states.
