New Development across from Hallets Cove

Over 500 new apartments are coming to the Astoria waterfront in the next few years. Cape Advisors has just released renderings of their new development. This development is “As of Right”, which means it is within the existing zoning parameters and does not need any special zoning changes to proceed.

Located at 30-77 Vernon Boulevard, the construction site spans 522,000 square feet or approximately two-and-a-half acres of land.

Architect Fogarty Finger has designed 3 buildings. Amenities will include a private courtyard, indoor and outdoor lounges, a fitness center, and rooftop pool, featuring views of Manhattan and the East River.  The most recent renderings show a white and grey façade.

Completion is anticipated by 2021.
