New Building Wraps Up Construction Near Halletts Point

Construction has been completed on The Winslow!

It is a 19-story residential building located at 26-25 4th Street. Designed by J Frankl Associates and developed by Bruman Realty, the building has 165 rental units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, plus a 101-vehicle parking garage. Amenities include a communal lounge, fitness center, coworking facilities, and a rooftop terrace with views of the Manhattan skyline. The building’s design features a light gray cement façade with floor-to-ceiling windows, a multi-story podium with black metal and glass, and a cantilevered section (the part that sticks out) above the fifth floor.
