Neighborhood Rezoning: A Better Path for Astoria
In our latest op-ed, we argue that a Neighborhood rezoning in Astoria is a better path forward for Astoria than individual project rezonings because it allows for a more holistic approach to urban planning, reduces uncertainty for both developers and residents, and promotes crucial community participation. This approach also streamlines the development process, accesses the needs of the community at-large, and can lead to a more sustainable and inclusive community.
