MTA December Subway Customer Survey

OANA received the following survey from the MTA regarding subway service in NYC. We urge everyone to take a few minutes to fill this out. In this way, our voices will be heard.

Dear MTA Subway Customer,

This is an invitation to take our December Subway Customer Pulse Survey.

Please take five minutes to complete this survey, as improving your transit experience is the major focus of our efforts here at NYC Transit, and your response to surveys like this one are key to us understanding and addressing your concerns.

If you have taken one of our surveys in recent months, we want to thank you for that information as it provides input to make important decisions.
