Mopeds on the Queensboro Bridge

We appreciate the Queens Gazette publishing our recent op-ed on allowing electric mopeds to utilize the Queensboro Bridge to provide service between Queens and Brooklyn to Manhattan.

And we thank the Queens Chronicle for writing an article on this same subject. We regret that the DOT states that there are no plans yet to provide this service.

Currently, MOPED Shares have service between Brooklyn and Queens, also between Manhattan and the Bronx.

But with the current reluctance to take public transportation, and the cost of using environmentally unfriendly autos, pollution-free MOPED capped at 29 MPH would be a viable alternative.
