Leasing Is Now Available for Astoria West
According to an article by New York YIMBY, leasing is now available for Astoria West. The rental complex is located at 30-77 Vernon Boulevard on the East River waterfront in the thriving neighborhood of Astoria, Queens. The 534-apartment complex has a total area of 522,000 square-foot with three interconnected buildings that surround a lushly landscaped courtyard. The property is designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Cape Advisors. Corcoran New Development is the marketing and leasing agent for the property.
The building also offers a comprehensive number of amenities, corresponding to an area of 40,000 square feet. Astoria West includes an expansive roof deck with a pool, lounge, barbecue grills, and cabanas, set to the backdrop of unobstructed views of the iconic Manhattan skyline. Residents will also be able to make use of a co-working lounge with private work rooms and dedicated outdoor space. The property features a game room with billiards and karaoke and a children’s playroom.
The lower levels of the property contain a landscaped private courtyard, a riverfront café, bar, and grab & go market. There are 276-vehicle parking spaces, bike storage, and a pet spa for the furry residents.
Astoria West is within a five-minute walk to the NYC Ferry Astoria Landing, and also provides residents with subway access through a shuttle system. MTA Bus service is also available on Vernon Blvd, and there is a Citi Bike station nearby as well.

Astoria West designates thirty percent of residences to affordable housing for middle-income New Yorkers. Leasing of the affordable units is managed by MGNY Consulting through an Affordable Housing Lottery on Housing Connect. Applications will continue to be accepted through the Fall.
