Leasing Has Begun at 20 and 30 Halletts Point

We would like to announce that leasing will soon begin for the newest buildings in The Durst Organization’s Halletts Point development. This marks a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Halletts Peninsula and Old Astoria. The project, which was first approved in 2010, has already seen the successful launch of 10 Halletts Point in 2019. Now, with the addition of 20 and 30 Halletts Point, Durst is bringing the third and fourth buildings online, further enhancing the vibrant community along the picturesque Astoria waterfront. (Note: Also as part of this development Durst has completed an affordable residential building on the Astoria Houses campus.)
