Housing Lottery Now Open for 14-27 28th Avenue in Astoria

A new affordable housing opportunity is available for Astoria residents. The lottery is for 14-27 28th Avenue, a five-story building with 11 units. As always, you can access the lottery through NYC Housing Connect. Designed by the firm C3D Architecture, the development includes a gym, rooftop terrace, and electric vehicle charging stations. Units range from $2,600 for one-bedrooms to $3,100 for two-bedrooms, based on 130% AMI.
