There’s a new affordable housing lottery is open for 12-19 31st Drive in Astoria, Queens. This building has six units for those earning 130% of the AMI. Available units include two 1-bedrooms at $2,600 and four 2-bedrooms at $3,100, with eligibility based on income and household size.
