Discounted NYC Ferry Tickets for High School Students!

Starting September 1, 2024, NYC high school students can get discounted ferry tickets for weekday commutes to and from school.

How to Enroll

Guardians need to log into or create a New York City Student Account (NYCSA) to request a discount code, available starting August 1, 2024. Students can then use this code to purchase tickets via the NYC Ferry App.

Tickets are only valid on weekdays only and expire August 31, 2025, which means students must re-enroll annually.

Applications for paper tickets start on August 1, 2024, but tickets can only be used from September 1, 2024.
