Astoria Residents: Share Your Flooding Experiences!

The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is conducting a survey to find out about any flooding experiences you might have had. Your input will help develop solutions to storms, sewer backup, and flooding in our area.
Take the survey today and help contribute to making Astoria safe from flooding. You can find the survey here.
Want to learn more about your neighborhood’s flood risk? Check out the NYC Stormwater Flood Maps tool to review flood risks in your area. The maps include three rainfall-based flooding maps showing “moderate stormwater flooding scenarios under current and future sea level rise conditions, as well as an extreme stormwater flooding scenario under future conditions.” You can view the NYC Stormwater Flood Maps here.
