Fall 2022 MTA Customers Count Survey

OANA has received a survey from the MTA and would like to share it.

Dear Valued MTA Customer,

The MTA is conducting the Fall 2022 MTA Customers Count Survey, and your opinion counts! The survey will help us improve service for all of our valued customers. Below is a link allowing you to give your opinion on whichever MTA service you use – Subway, Buses, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, or Access-A-Ride Services. Giving us your views on all attributes will take less than 15 minutes and will help us understand what we are doing well and how we can improve.

If you would like to be entered into a drawing to win one of forty $100 gift cards, please provide your contact information after finishing the survey. You will be entered once for every service you rate, and you can rate up to two services! 

We encourage you to take the time to complete this important survey by December 4th.
