Astoria Point Construction Finished on Astoria Boulevard
The new apartment building at 21-07 Astoria Boulevard is officially done. Named Astoria Point, the 11-story building is just off the corner of Astoria Blvd and 21st Street.
There are 68 rental apartments in total, with 21 set aside as affordable housing, plus two retail spaces on the ground floor. One of those is already a wine and spirits shop.
The building steps back as it goes up, which means some apartments have terraces, and there’s also a shared rooftop with grills and views toward Manhattan. Inside, new residents have access to a small gym, package room, virtual doorman, and a lobby lounge. Apartments come with in-unit laundry and standard modern appliances, and the building is pet-friendly.
The closest subway is the N/W at Astoria Boulevard. Check it out if you’re in the area!
