Astor On Third II, a mixed-use development nearing completion at 2-24 26th Avenue in Astoria, Queens, is a six-story building offering 137 rental units and 18,249 square feet of community space, designed by FNA Engineering Services PC. The project, developed by Yitzchok Katz, features a tan brick façade with floor-to-ceiling windows and numerous balconies, aiming for full completion by the end of spring 2024.
Housing Lottery
The affordable housing lottery is now open, offering 42 units for residents earning 130% of the AMI. Monthly rents range from $3,069 to $3,835 for studios to two-bedroom apartments, with income eligibility between $105,223 and $198,250. Amenities include a pet-friendly policy, parking, laundry, Wi-Fi, gym, and more. Applications are due by May 27, 2024.
