Affordable Housing Lottery Opens for 14–41 Broadway

A new affordable housing lottery is now open for 14–41 Broadway, an eight-story mixed-use building adding 30 new residences to our Astoria housing stock.

Nine apartments are being offered through NYC Housing Connect for those earning 130% of the AMI, with eligible incomes ranging from $87,738 to $227,500 depending on apartment size.

Residents will have access to a rooftop terrace, on-site parking and pet-friendly policies.

Applicants must meet income and household size requirements. Applications must be submitted online or postmarked no later than December 9, 2025.
