Upcoming Community Programs at The Noguchi Museum
OANA recently received The Noguchi Museum’s calendar of upcoming events. From mindfulness sessions and sound healing to a free online drawing class, there are great opportunities to relax, create, and connect with art this month and next.
Mindfulness in the Galleries
Saturday, October 18 & Saturday, November 1 | 10–11:30 AM
Start your weekend with calm and reflection. These guided sessions offer meditation and mindfulness in the museum’s serene galleries before they open to the public. No prior experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
Hands On: Sound Healing
Sunday, October 19 | 10 AM–12 PM
Experience a unique sound healing workshop led by Batalá New York and healer Quetziquetl Angulo.
Drawing from a Distance
Monday, October 20 | 7:30–9 PM
Join this free online drawing program to learn about Isamu Noguchi’s work and practice sketching from video perspectives on the galleries. Open to all skill levels.
These programs are a wonderful opportunity to slow down, learn, and connect with others through art. For registration details, visit noguchi.org.
