LL97 Compliance Webinar: What Building Owners Need to Know (Oct 9th)

As 2025 comes to an end, New York City building owners and managers should be making sure they are in compliance with Local Law 97 (LL97). To help navigate the equirements, NYC Accelerator and the NYC Department of Buildings are hosting a free online webinar on Thursday, October 9 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT

This one-hour session will guide building decisionmakers through the final steps needed to stay on track with LL97. Attendees will learn how to avoid common reporting errors, follow a practical checklist for year-end compliance, and explore overlooked compliance options, including Beneficial Electrification Credits and the Affordable Housing Retrofit Fund Offset. The discussion will also highlight what compliance will look like in 2026 and beyond.
