New Housing Lottery at 31-61 Vernon Boulevard

OANA Admin Astoria residents can now apply for a new affordable housing lottery at 31-61 Vernon Blvd through the NYC Housing Connect website. The building is eight stories with 16 units in the lottery—rents start at $3,069 for studios and $3,253 for one-bedrooms, with eligibility based on incomes between $105,223 and $181,740. Applications are due by March 4, 2025!
