Exciting AOC Internship Opportunity

Are you a college student or recent graduate interested in making a difference in your community? Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s office has an exciting opportunity for you!

We are happy to inform you about an exciting internship opportunity available with Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez this Spring. Starting in late February, this paid internship offers $18 per hour and is a perfect chance to gain firsthand experience with community and legislative work.

Priority will be given to applicants with ties to New York’s 14th District (NY-14), so this of course applies to Astoria residents. There are multiple roles available, ranging from legislative research and community engagement to assisting with public events and constituent services. This position is ideal for those who are eager to learn more about how governmental processes impact local communities and to contribute to meaningful change.
