Demolition Permits Filed for Buildings on 40th Ave and 10th Street

OANA just received word that permits have been filed for the demolition of three two-story buildings located at 10-03, 10-05, and 10-07 40th Avenue in Long Island City, just two blocks from Queensboro Plaza. The estimated demolition cost is $5,000 per building (wow!), although no completion date has been announced.

We have inquired as to then plans for the site, and will advise if and when we receive a response.
