Champlain Hudson Power Express Support and Petition
OANA Admin OANA supports the Champlain Hudson Power Express project and urges everyone to sign the following petition.
Click here to sign the petition to approve the Champlain Hudson Power Express (CHPE) Green Energy Project.
This project is asking for New York State approval to build transmission lines to bring green Hydropower from Quebec to NYC. This will help make up for the power generation lost by closing the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant. It also will help in eliminating the Peaker Plants surrounding Western Queens, that do not currently burn fossil fuels.
