26-01 4th Street Update

26-01 4th Street is looking good! The 13-story building has topped out, featuring 143 condominiums from studios to two-bedroom, plus a community facility and parking spaces. Designed by Lu Ning Architecture and developed by Ming’s Garden Realty LLC, it is certainly sight to behold. Current progress includes a topped-out concrete structure with insulation visible, but awaiting the façade and windows. The development is expected to be completed in early 2025.
