Central Astoria LDC’s 7th Annual Batty Over Halloween Celebration on October 23rd

The Central Astoria Local Development Coalition will be having their 7th Annual Batty Over Halloween Celebration on Sunday, October 23rd at the Great Lawn in Astoria Park. There will be balloon artists, stilt walkers, arts & crafts, face painting, and musical artists. You are encouraged to come in costume!
