First

Durst has awarded the operation of the Supermarket in Building one (Already under Construction) to Brooklyn Harvest market. They currently operate in Brooklyn. Services include:

• Full Service Deli
• Meat Department
• Fresh Produce Department
• Dairy Department
• Frozen Food Department
• Bakery Department
• Fresh Seafood Department
• Large selection of Imported & Domestic Beers

 

Second

Durst has filed to begin the construction of another 652 units at 2602 and 2640 1^st st, on Hallets Peninsula.
