Excavation Begins for New Building on 12th Street
Excavation is set to begin at 30-11 12th St street for a new 9-story residential which will have 124 rental units.
The former low-rise commercial building on the site has been fully demolished, and machinery is on site clearing out concrete rubble. When finished, units in the building will average 761 sq feet. There is also back hard planned.

They show a building with different sections alternating between 5 and 9 stories, with setbacks and balconies. The facade will be mostly red brick with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balcony doors.
Although the project lists an October 2026 completion date, it will more likely wrap up in 2027, as excavation is only just beginning.
