Join the Astoria Street Tree Care Event on March 15!
OANA Admin Help us keep Astoria Beautiful! On Saturday, March 15, from 10 AM to 12 PM, join NYC Parks for a Tree Care and Cleaning session along 31st Avenue.
Volunteers will learn how to aerate, cultivate, mulch, and identify street trees and get information about how they contribute to New York City’s ecosystem. No experience needed—just be ready to get your hands dirty!
Make sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, as well as closed-toe shoes.
