Free Housing Classes with HPD this Spring
The NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is offering a series of free Housing Information Classes tailored to tenants, homeowners, and property managers.
Class Highlights
These classes cover a wide range of topics ranging from understanding the Housing Lottery to navigating Housing Court—there are classes something for everyone. Classes for homeowners will also cover important issues such as preventing deed theft, understanding building rules and permits, and making homes more energy-efficient.
When and Where?
Classes are scheduled throughout February and March for general housing topics, with specific homeowner sessions continuing into April. All sessions are held virtually over Zoom, making them accessible no matter where you are in the city.
