New Building Near the Two Coves Community Garden

New building topping out!

The mixed-use building at 8-29 Astoria Boulevard in Queens is almost at it’s max height. Designed by Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects Studio for Rukhsana Samdani of Astoria Boulevard Construction, this 58-foot tall structure will house 47 apartments and a community facility. With no finalized rendering yet, its design hints at balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, suggesting a modern aesthetic. Originally slated for completion in Winter 2023, the project now looks to wrap up between late 2024 and early 2025. The construction progress includes a half-finished superstructure and a rear elevation already at full height, showcasing the building’s potential.
