Durst Organization Building at 29-55 Northern Blvd

Would you love to live close to the LIC waterfront and steps away from the N and R subway lines? New York YIMBY reports  that the Durst Organization has filed applications for a 63-story, 763-unnit mixed-use building at 29-55 Northern Boulevard. The Handel Architects project will include rental residential  units from the fifth through 61st floors. In 2016 YIMBY reported that 25 percent of the apartments, or 190 units, would rent at below-market rates through the affordable housing lottery.
